This is the busiest
and happiest eid al-fitr since time immemorial. ahmm...let's put it this way,
the happiest and busiest as far as my memory is concerned. As usual, we
performed our eid prayer at ISIS. Its a place where I can meet some of fellow
bros and sis or shall I call them akhawat and shabab. The khatib was my
grandfather, Abu Annas. The khutbah was uplifting according to my okta.
Honestly, I haven't grasped the whole deliverance of khutbah coz my
head was busy eyeing some of friends if they were there. Alhamdulillah, some of
there were there and its great saying salam and embracing them with all your
heart like there is no plasticity. Let's not forget pictorial.:D
That was catching up with friends. After eid prayer, we rushed to our hometown. This is in fact our family tradition. We get together;enjoying the food and some short talks. However, what makes it momentous are the activities set in spontaneity. There were singing, games, and many more. This is indeed a real Muslim fiest, Farhatul eid.
After family-together, we drove to CDO. What's the plan?....Actually, my okta wanted experience and tried to insist on zip line (Dahilayan) adventure, on the other hand, ate Iba and my auntie Mema opt to go rafting. Yet, my campaign on rafting sank in them. I told them that ecstatic feeling in rafting is something cannot describe that you have to experience yourself to feel it. blah blah blah...You see? There you go. I was an awe that even my nephews and nieces joined the league. ASTIG. Alhamdulillah...They enjoyed it. Their experience was indescribable to the point of hearing their stories repeatedly. not THEIR but US. :D
What's the next agendum? Going to airport to pick my niece, Bahja, arriving from Kuwait.
That was hectic yet so much fun.
